"Apparently, the entire Nephrology Associates of Utah company is changing their computer systems. The doctor in the Riverton location is out of the country and has been for weeks and weeks. They never entered the Riverton patients into the system. So there is no record. They have done all of this without notifying their patients. I have been calling and calling the main number with no answer for a month. My husband has a kidney disease that needs monitoring. This is the most unprofessional, irresponsible medical facility I have ever encountered. I only learned this information from the neighboring business who told me that there has been a steady stream of patients wondering why no one has been answering the phone. Shame on you Nephrology Associates of Utah. You have abandoned your patients who are dealing with serious medical issues. You should be shut down for malpractice."
