"I lived there for 2 years. It’s quiet and management got better, but when you move out, don’t worry about cleaning anything, because they will take over 80% of your security deposit anyway. If you have pets, it has a half non-refundable deposit and half refundable + the apt deposit. They won’t even consider the non-refundable deposit. I did a really deep cleaning before moved out, so did my roommate a month later. I constantly washed the master bedroom carpet with a carpet cleaner. I received today a damage report and they mentioned that the master bedroom carpet was replaced and a deep cleaning was needed. I was in that apartment for 2 years. Where is the normal tear and wear? And everything was kept in the best condition possible. So don’t worry about cleaning or keeping in good condition, because you won’t get much back anyway. This was totally unacceptable. 2 years taken care of the place for nothing. I wonder why some people just trash the place. I’m beyond disappointed."

"I love it here. My family and I have moved in and it has been amazing. maintenance is always friendly. They have. multiple properties they take care of just not this one so they can get busy but that is okay they will come and fix what needs to be fixed. It is quiet and sure these were built in the 70's but they are always trying to upgrade them and make them better. People around are friendly and the management has always gotten back to me if I need anything. I feel like we live in a forest and it is awesome. It is a place to call home. I think it is a good price for what you get. Also pet friendly and no smoking thats a plus. Also Nathan and his maintenance team always nice and making sure things work. Again built in the 70's but hey it's home."

"Lived there for a year, there are kids always screaming and leaving a mess. They gave a 100$ fine for leaving a washer and dryer even though when our neighbor moved in and the last people left their dryer they just kept them in the apartment. Management is always closed and uncooperative. They told us that our only working toilet would take 4 days to fix. When informed her I would fix it and send a bill they had someone over in a few hours. My Car was broken into twice under the covered parking by vagrants that always hang around the area. TL;DR Keep looking P.S Parking is God awful"

"Horrible Management. Management won`t renew my lease because I was given 3 day notices because my neighbors who do not even live there anymore complained. The manager never even talked to me to see if what my neighbor was saying was true. Manager is never available and only cares about her own children and not the tenants. Manager threatened to enter my apartment whenever she wants to. They do not give proper 24 hour notices and will enter your apartment whenever they want to. They threatened to raise my rent every month until I move out. Taylor and Brooke are the worst managers and should not be in this business if they refuse to care about others well being. They only want to knit pick at people so they can control everything and do whatever THEY WANT. But if you suck up to them and be their friends, they`ll let you do whatever YOU want. Even if it means smoking cigarettes in front of little children playing. If you live here, you better get to be good friends with management, or you`ll find yourself out on the street when your lease is up. They force people to move out if they don`t LIKE you. These people cannot be trusted."

"Here are just a few things that have gone wrong in this apartment complex. First of all, the first time we moved in here there were and still are a lot of crime issues; breaking in car windows and stuff being stolen from vehicles, which hasn't only happened to us while on our beautiful stay here. Second of all, they say it's a non-smoking apartment, yet many tenants that live here smoke (Marijuana, etc.) inside the building, it permeates through the cracks and holes in the apartment, and when you complain to management they pretend to care but do nothing about it. Third, the neighbors below us are pretty noisy, this may be due to how cheaply built this complex is, e.g. the floors squeak and sink in. One manager left already, we complained to her, thinking we could resolve the noise issue, but she told us to invest in some fans or something to drown out the noise, the second manager said she would put a note on their door, she seemed more concerned about the Marijuana ( we still cannot sleep at night), but this has not stopped the noise issue. We and our two children cannot sleep at all until the neighbors go to bed or are done playing their obnoxiously loud movie, video game, or incessant loud yelling (of words, yes, that we can make out from upstairs). Fourth, during the summer you will notice a nice collection of box elder bugs in your apartment, this is not out of the usual for this area, but there are A LOT of bugs. Fifth, the animals/tenants that they allow to live here don't pick up after the poop they make on their lawn. I've had to clean off my shoes numerous times and almost brought it into the apartment. Sixth, we should not have to put up with all the smoke and noise given that we pay near $860+ a month (which doesn't include that you pay a hefty share for water that's used for the swimming pool and other leaks that may occur in the complex). Seventh, the parking here is atrocious. If you have more than one car, or at night, and don't have a designated parking spot available, good luck on finding a parking spot."
