Park East

"Park East is very well managed and the building has historic and modern charm. The neighborhood is one of my favorite in Salt Lake for picturesque drives and it continues to improve. I enjoy the shops and restaurants near by, also there is a park in the back of the building. I recommend living here my apartment always felt new and cozy. There is Sprouts market next door, 2 Whole Foods 10 minutes away, even a Harmon's down the street. The Wheeler Farm Farmer's Market is also 10 minutes away."

"Park East is a great place to live! We love the location, the apartment, and the grounds. The apartments are very comfortable with high vaulted ceilings, wide hallway and brick accents. And the balcony gives us a great view of the mountains. We love being able to walk to the stores and to downtown Holladay. We use the Lions Community Center a lot and that's right next door. We haven't had a chance to use the bbq area yet, but plan to when the weather is nicer. Kristi in the Leasing Office is wonderful and helped us secure our apartment with any questions we had. She's professional, kind and friendly. And any of our concerns or questions were addressed right away before and after moving in. I highly recommend Park East for anyone looking to rent here in Holladay!"

"This is a unknown secret of good living in Holladay...I grew up here in this area and never thought that we would be back and then life happened and I found myself back, and so very grateful when we found "our home sweet home"...staff is great! Kristi and the matience man, Chris are very helpful and accommodating!! They truly care about people! These are the most beautiful apartments and quiet and peaceful!! We are very satisfied and absolutely love these beautiful lofts, wonderful floor plan, beautiful lighting and super cute style and makes life simpler. Rent is a little higher, but lofts are new and clean!! I love cooking with the beautiful appliances...so fun, lots of beautiful parks to walk my dogs...pet friendly, welcome to great living! "My name is Todd and I live in apartment B301. I moved out here last year and wanted to write a review, but I waited to ensure I could give an honest review. Unfortunately, I am leaving the state for work, so I thought it would be a great time to write a review about my experience. Aesthetically, these apartments are gorgeous. There is nothing in all of Salt Lake County that can compare to these apartments. I remember looking at a few other complexes and none of them really gave me the feel Park East gave me. At Park East, the apartments come with high-end appliances, really nice views, sound-insulating windows, and have attractive floor plans. My apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 & 1/2 baths (I think). I have one glass door stand-up shower and 2 separate bath tubs. The location is amazing! We’re literally in the heart of Holladay, which is the a really nice part of town. We are in the same neighborhood as some of the most beautiful homes in all of Salt Lake County. The apartment complex is 2 blocks from the famous Walker Ln, which is a very wealthy neighborhood. If you end up getting an apartment on the higher floors like I did, you'll enjoy the really high ceilings. The building is really energy efficient. My electric bill was $9 last month, and the others (gas, etc.) combined, were roughly $25. Every apartment will be different of course, but my bills are peanuts compared to what they were elsewhere. One good thing about my apartment is that I have a lot of natural light. You get a lot of sunlight with the massive windows without getting the rays in your home. You also get a really nice balcony incase you want an outdoor sitting area or outdoor plants. The apartment comes with beautiful, high-grade blinds that roll down completely for a 'blackout' feel. - That's something you don't have to spend extra money on. The tenants in this building are respectful and quiet. I haven't had any issues with anyone. Some people are very reserved here, and that is exactly what I was looking for when moving here. I wanted a place without a pool/gym, so it wouldn't attract the wrong crowd. I don't know about you, but after work, I don't want to hear people goofing around in a pool. This was a huge plus in my book. Majority of people here are working professionals. Most tenants aren't home during the day, but more importantly, the apartment complex doesn't feel busy. There are tons of parking spots in the building. You will never be short of parking. This was a huge problem at other places. The staff here is awesome. The girls here have been nothing short of amazing. When I call the office, they return my call almost immediately. If not, I get a call the very next day first thing in the morning. Maddie was a young girl who once worked here. I believe she left for another location, but was always very professional when dealing with me. There is a new girl that works in the office named Kristi who blew me away today....very bright and professional. These days, it is very hard to find a beautiful apartment complex with great staff. Park East was the only one that really shined from the rest. I have to say though, It was be a bit more money than another apartment I was looking at, but there was a good reason for that and I didn't mind paying for it.
