"carrent resident Looking 4 another place to live! Fortunately the mgr is honestly and genuinely a good person and is as fair as can be- But we all have Limitations and for my situation... Moving san that can be done suppose Being at out of my lease early (which is unheard of ! Right?) due to being outrightly bullied by my neighbor who is 3x my size.... So if you move here. s#l you'll probably get my apt B-1 #2 DO NOT BEFRIEND B-3... She will scream profanities at you after shes been drinking and tell all your business plus make up some! If you can see past all that...this is a beautiful and Quaint little spot....although the pest issue from the huge dead tree makes this a wrap for me!"

"The landlord manages multiple properties. She gives people's opportunities that some housing complexes won't. She might be tough. But she is extremely Fair. Plus for the fact that they accept housing vouchers and the money you pay. You will not find a better place there are cameras everywhere and for the most part you feel safe and secure here. I give it a 10 star rating"

"I have been calling repeatedly to the number provided on the internet and this woman never answers. I have gotten frustrated and I’m looking for another place to live. I really wished someone picked up because those were nice looking apartments."
