My contract already ends in the place where I am now and I really wanted to move now I have the number of hours to find a place to live and less 500 dollars because they will not return it to me, ASPEN VILLAGE APARTMENT leaves me with a taste of negative emotions without having lived, since I feel that they do not have the necessary professionalism to carry out an application, stating things to win the 500 and then telling you NO and thus not returning them, plus all those people who applied who also paid for it, what is happening is not fair. I have proof and I sent it to the company's email and they don't respond to me, I need help!"

"Update: Malinda got back to me and asked for a second chance to tour, telling me that the woman who was there and turned us down will not be returning to the property. We had the tour and it was very pleasant. They aren't the fanciest apartments, but they are nice for the price. She was very professional and we are seriously considering moving in. I am not a resident and do not plan to move in. Almost a week ago we scheduled a tour to see an apartment, but when we showed up for our supposed appointment, the lady in the office told us there was no tour scheduled and there wasn't even an apartment available to tour. Clearly their scheduling system in their website doesn't work, and Malinda didn't communicate to anyone what was happening as she was apparently sick when we came for our appointment and no one knew what was going on. Very unprofessional."

"Honestly best place I've moved to in the past 4 years, and that's once a year. They have worked so much with my household, they have great activities for the community, and they have a LARGE dog park for my puppy. 10/10 reccomend."

"I lived in this place for 1 year from October 2022 to September of 2023. We had not only roaches and bed bugs but an insane amount of maintenance issues that were "fixed" only to need a repair again a week later. Never go here unless you are in a real bind. UPDATE: Forgot to mention I have been trying to get in contact with them for months now to resolve all finishing financial issues as I ended up being late on a few utilities while living there, I have a check with their name on it ready to be put towards all residual bills as well as any repairs (which only need to happen due to the neglect on their part with the half fast maintenance work done)"

"The property managers at this complex completely lack professionality. I requested a copy of my lease from them, to which they responded that they simply didn't have it. I needed a copy of the lease for an application by a specific date. Since they "could not find the lease," they told me they would write up a new one. Despite contacting them multiple times and being told "they would get it to me," I never received the lease. The individuals working in this office seem to not know what they are doing at all, nor do they seem to care about the residents of this property. I was utterly shocked by the lack of professionalism here, and I would not wish to live here based on that alone."
