"I have been working with Brad on a lease deal. This Tuesday we made it to the truck and had a load pre booked. Upon arrival the truck was not serviced nor detailed. The truck needed PM, DOT inspection, a/c compressor and dryer replaced, outlets not functional and wind screens for the window are damaged. Tires are suppose to be new recaps however they are not like tires I have ever seen and 1 tire in particular is bald. In regards to the tires Brad wants to take the back to Boss tire who put the shotty tires on to verify they are safe instead of getting a qualified second opinion. After voicing my concerns to Brad he addresses the issues first with denial stating all these issues should have been addressed prior to arrival. Stating that work orders had already been generated and paid for. Then goes on to say if we would like refund one would be offered. I told them I would like the contract to be restarted after the work was completed or to be moved to a different truck. Brad insisted the grace period on contract was for any work that needed to be completed after arrival. This is 2 weeks after the contract started and work was still incomplete. Brad stated he was not able to switch trucks nor restart contract. I asked for his manager or supervisor in order to resolve the issue at hand with the appropriate party. At this point he informed me, he was a contract manager and only person above him was the owner. I requested to speak with the owner and was denied. The Stoops freightliner dealership in Indianapolis, has been trying to resolve the issues however authorizations and responses has been moving very slow to the point we have been waiting for 2 days heading into day 3. Work authorizations have finally been signed and still has yet to be taken into the shop. The truck is still in the same place and not ready to make money. I have been arguing with Brad on restarting the contact on the principle the truck was not road worthy and ready to go as promised. After speaking legalities of the issue he informed that he wouldn't want to start a new lease because of push back. Through this whole process I have maintained that I do not want a refund because I stand to lose over 3k. However he continues to push that the only option to resolve this issue is to wait or take a refund."

Of course it's hard to get them on the phone but I ALWAYS GET A QUICK RESPONSE VIA EMAIL. never been let down in that manner. If you're looking to build your fleet this is the place. The waiting list now is a bit long due to the shortage but it will be worth the wait."

"I ask Joel many times if the semi truck had any leaks before I made the trip over to the dealer. They told me no it didn’t had any leaks and that it was ready for the road, so I took a flight from New York to Utah. When I got there I started to look at the truck, everything seemed really good until I when under the semi truck I saw a big leak of oil coming from the transmission and what they told me is that they weren’t aware of the leak, but I don’t get how you have a shop and not check the truck. Don’t recommend this place due to lack of trust, honesty. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!"
