"I have lived here for just over 6 years and have loved being here. The apartment is excellent and the maintenance is awesome. We have had a few different managers and they have been professional and very helpful. * After this review, things changed drastically. Our new manager has absolutely no people skills and makes sure everyone is ready to move out. First rent was raised with no for warning or explanation. While it probably wasn't her wild idea to raise rent she could have called a meeting to explain and answer question. Then the clean up outside notices started hitting everyone. Mine was because I had a camp chair on my breezeway. It was a nice, clean chair but it wasn't "patio " furniture. I got a 3-day eviction notice because of it. I had already given notice thati was moving."

"Why do you always break the contract and think that we should live by it. A contract is just that a contract meaning you follow it and I follower it not just me doing what the management wants . If you want something more then put it in writing and if I don't agree then we nogociate not you don't get what you want so you give me a 3 day notice . And yes that is happening here or at least management throws the contract around like it a weapon."

"This company only gets one star since it's the only way I could leave a review. My 83 year old grandmother had put down a deposit for an apartment at this place in December 2021, was told January 24th she could move in and was given a key to the apartment and code for storage. Last week she was advised funrances had gone out and she would need to postpone moving in one week, she went today as one week has passed to move stuff, and the lady Chantelle has now advised my grandmother she is NOT approved and will need to go through the application again. I now have a homeless 83 year old grandmother, this place took her deposit and has ALL her belongings. What kind of company does this to tenants who have paid their deposit. I will be contacting the media outlets and a lawyer to get this resolved. I would advise anyone looking into this for their loved ones to never use peak management properties it is a scam. And hopefully they will get shut down soon enough."
