"These guys are rockstars! I just moved into my townhome and I absolutely love it. Everything is up to date, the staff is great, neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend it. Big shout out to Nikki & her husband, at first I had a small issue setting up wifi and her and her husband were kind enough to help me out with that after working hours. Happy to be living here & you will be too!"

"So management has been pretty much nonexistent. Every month has been a revolving door of new managers. We moved in at the height of where everything was expensive and now that prices are almost back to normal we decided to move just because of the high rent. Our CURRENT townhome is going for way less then we are paying for now and I get the lease is for a year but they don’t want to change it when the lease is up to make it match what they are pricing this home for. Honestly I will probably decide to move just because of the lack of management and assistance with them. Since we moved here there has always been people moving in and out of these homes."

"Management is harassing everyone to keep their garbage cans in the garage rather than outside where they should be. Those who own townhomes keep their trash outside by the driveway, but apparently renters are not allowed to do that because it is “unsightly”. The garages are way too tiny for 2 cars AND an entire trash can. This property manager needs to be checked and taught how to provide better customer service to their tenants."

"I'm a former tenant leaving the townhome at the end of April and is now middle of June. I broke lease early and paid the $5,500 penalty to follow the laws, but this company has not sent payment confirmation or any deposits and or deposit disposition letter. They just took the money and ghosted us. I have a long record with this specific management group. As well as our poor experience living there when it took 4 months to repair a flooded downstairs room. Do not recommend this place.i will seek council!"

"Updated review: May 2023. I replied to the request to contact regarding my review. The reply was: "How can we help you?" I replied back and have been ghosted, no calls, no emails, no nothing. Updated review Apr 2023: Ticket response is only quick if you have an emergency or water leak. Many of my tickets have been communicated to the office after putting them in the system and said to be put in but closed before you see the 1 maintenence person. There are sink holes or sinking lawns throughout, which can cause turned ankles and injured pets. Some of the settling has caused seperated flooring in the units. Snow removal is only great around the alley and one side of the side walk. They no longer shovel my stairs. We pay a $45 HOA fee, but it appears that it is only good for the community pool and hot tub, which facilities are poorly maintained. After a change in neighbors, I can now hear dog whines, music, and the thunderous steps of the kids running through. The gap between units is a mud pit, and there is no additional light there. It also has no pet waste stations and the same for the west end unit. There are a lot of pet feces as the pet owners are not inclined to pick it up. Even though there should be a $200 fine levied against them. When spring is around, the watering of the lawn creates additional water pools and mud pits that breed mosquitos. Some of the units have metal roofs over their entry porch, and when snow starts to melt, it lands on their porches or people or pets who approach their door. The renter again is tasked with removal. The rent here is no longer in line with the market and is very expensive for as little as you get. Original review Dec/Jan 2022: It was a little dicey with delays moving in, but new construction can cause unexpected delays. Management is communicative and responsive. Especially as you work through new construction fails, like burned up switches, hot water blocks in the bathroom, plumbing, wind whistling through windows, and paint drips near the wall on the carpet. Once signed into your virtual home account, it is easy to manage payment, create a work ticket, and eventually, we'll try to make reservations for the clubhouse and pool. The community is pleasant and pet friendly. They provide pet waste stations as well. The street lights are bright, so you don't walk in dark spaces when taking your pets out for an evening walk. The garages are small, and we are asked not to park on the street, but there is very little guest parking throughout. A full-size pick-up truck or SUV does not fit in the garages. We have a Kia Telluride and a 2017 Ford Mustang, and they fit but very tightly. The soundproofing between townhouses is great. You hear very little, if anything. No TV's, music, and raised voices. It is different inside the townhouse, and the sound easily travels through the floors and doors. They could be better at clearing snow and ice near the mailboxes and in the alley. Again, being under construction, mixed with active residents, may play some role here. I do wish they had longer leases than 6 or 12 mo., larger garages, and/or more designated parking. So far, I've been here 2 months. Overall, it's been a decent experience. Mostly minor nuisances that come with new construction."
