Trail Hollow Apartments

"We have loved living here at Trail Hollow, for many reasons. I wanted to wait until we had lived here awhile before I posted a review, so that I could be completely honest and accurate. We have lived here for about 7 months now. Some of the obvious positive things to mention would be the small gym, banquet room, pool, firepit, and banquet room... not to mention the garage availability. Not many apartment communities offer this, especially ones that are attached. The other not-so-obvious things are the doggy cleanup stations placed around the community, the pet park, it's quiet here, there is quick access to the Rail Trail pathway, and Midland Drive is not too far away, allowing easy access to many businesses. The biggest thing for us is that the employees here take pride in their jobs and keeping TH a NICE place to live. They do not tolerate people not cleaning up after their pets, speeding on the premises, or being a nuisance to others. With their standards, it keeps this place a truly enjoyable place for all of us to live, which also promotes more friendly interactions amongst our community. After all, the name of this place is Trail Hollow LUXURY apartments. That sets the bar for the way the Trail Hollow employees conduct their work and the pride they take in keeping this an enjoyable, quiet, clean, and fun place to live. We also have truly enjoyed the different TH employees we have met along the way. Brittani was the original manager when we moved in and she was great to deal with. Very helpful, friendly, and community oriented. She would do little giveaways to help keep the community fun and festive for each holiday. We were a bit worried when she left because she kept the standards high and we feared the new manager may not care so much. Sam has now taken over as the manager here and she is doing a great job and obviously takes pride in our little community here. Daniel is the on-site maintenance person and he is also great to deal with. He is very responsive to any need in the community. We look forward to having a fun summer here, now that we are settled in and able to appreciate what this place has to offer. We appreciate every Trail Hollow employee that we have dealt with in our time here, even if just in friendly conversation. Trail Hollow Luxury Apartments are hands down just a wonderful place to live with so many different benefits."

"Trail Hollow has been a fabulous place for me and my 2 kiddos. Brittani is FANTASTIC and is always thinking of ways to better around the facility for not only the residents but their pets as well! Daniel is a great maintenance guy and always stays on top of whatever needs done. Love that they do family friendly resident events for holidays as well. We toured quite a few apartments before coming across Trail Hollow and it didn’t take long for us to decide this is where we will be able to call home! The layout is perfect, and we love having a garage attached. Also love that it’s tucked back into a cute little neighborhood and not on the busy, main road."

"Brittani, in the leasing office, is so much help! If you have any questions, she is very knowledgable and willing to explain anything that you need. This is the first apartment that I have had and she made it so easy to get going. Also, the property is very clean and well maintained. I have a unit with an attached garage and it is just amazing. There is tons of room for storage throughout the apartment and the floor plans are well thought out. Allowing pets has also been a huge deal and the pet wash station is AWESOME! I have really enjoyed living in these apartments, and would recommend them to anyone!"

"Brittani is amazing at what she does! Very easy to talk to about any problems/concerns. She’s quick to help anyone and gets things taken care of in a timely manner. You can tell she really cares about the residents. It’s very clean and quiet here It’s been so nice, definitely would recommend living here!"
