Haven Cove Townhomes

"What sucks is we actually enjoyed living here for the most part and we were sad when we moved out but what sucks even worse is that they agreed to wave our cleaning fee when we moved out over a year ago since we left it spotless and then sent us to collections without notice. For context, we were in the process of figuring out what was owed sine there was a shift in management and they never got back to us. We were only supposed to pay for the leftover utilities totaling $36.91 (which we were quoted by the previous manager) but instead, we cleaned the townhouse SPOTLESS, they had a cleaning company come in AFTER they had maintenance come in to patch/paint nail holes (also covered if you live there longer than two years), leaving the townhouse dusty and then proceeded to charge us for it. I went back and forth with them via email to resolve and they stopped responding. 1 year later with no communication they sent us to collections for over $100 plus $70 in fees/interest. Cool. Will keep updated as I dispute."

"Haven cove is just that a haven and an oasis. The property is super clean and a really attentive staff. Sunnee and Bridgette are really helpful every turn of the way. They even throw events throughout the year. Never been to such a clean well kept property. 5 stars but would give 10 if I could"
