"We love this place! We are disabled and retired. Moving here was a dream come true for us .We have a ground floor apt. ADA approved. It has an amazing floor plan, storage and a beautiful interior. The property is well maintained. Maintenance is quick and very professional and friendly. You have access to a pool, large hot tub, dog park, childrens play ground. We rarely hear our neighbors. The walls seems thick and the people are friendly. They have an excercise room and a beautiful rec room with a pool table and snacks and drinks. The office is amazing and they work with you and answer all your questions. Tavia is just phenomenal. If your looking for a nice, safe, quiet and frendly place to live. You have it all right here."

"Recently just moved out of claradon & had the easiest time. Because everyone answered all of our questions and was so nice! Very sad to leave after calling them home for the last 5 yrs. Mike in maintenance was super helpful & I really appreciate everything he did/ does. I know flipping apartments suck & him and the rest of maintenance don’t get enough credit for how much they really do! Between a great office team and amazing maintenance, I’ll forever recommend claradon village."

"So I’ve lived here at Clarendon Village for the last three years used to be great place to live management was on point everything was beautifully. They worked with you. They had the answers when you had questions. Now they got new management which excuse me is awful. they’ve charged me a late fee for the last three months in a row, because they don’t know understand their own app that they make you now pay through before I would just bring in a personal check and I was paying my rent every other week now they make you pay through it app which is so unstable it faults you’re in fault and you will pay a late fee and their late fees ain’t cheap 268 a month I’ve had to pay for the last three months you can no longer smoke on your balcony if you’re smoker Or they will fine you it take four months For them to do anything if you have a work order it’s awful thinking about breaking my lease and I love my apartment but management sucks Sorry to say."

"I’m posting this on my anon email, but I had some thoughts after my year of being here. Staff is pretty friendly, but getting a hold of maintenance is a pain. We had a utility broken since we moved in, and it wasn’t fixed until about 7 months into our lease. And even then it still doesn’t do its main function properly. We had a smoke detector that was having issues and they had to come in twice to fix it. Whenever you have to send documentation to their leasing office they never send out confirmations that they receive that information. The neighbors are loud, especially in the building we were in. We also had a downstairs neighbor that was violent towards my roommate and I and they also posted a noise complaint with the office the following night that confrontation started. When I called to discuss it, management said they will look into it sometime. (Mind you this was shortly before our lease ended and not once in the entire year did we have a noise complaint since we were hardly home to be noisy in the first place). They don’t plow the driving area well if at all. They don’t plow parking spaces while they’re empty as well. The apartment itself was filthy upon move in. After filling out our pre move in paperwork we discussed the immediate fixes and issues that needed addressed and that never ended up getting resolved and worked on. They now require parking passes for ASSIGNED PARKING OF ALL THINGS, so what’s the point of having the license plates to the vehicles of each apartment if they can’t switch out who uses that parking space easily? Trash is usually left hanging out around the place due to their open dumpsters. Upon pre move out stuff, they waited until a week and a half before to reach out and ask for availability, stating we had to be present, then suddenly stating that we don’t have to be present after a small set of rude and pestering texts. I’m not ready to see how they handle the deposit, but my roommate and I are lucky enough to have photos and video of the entire apartment prior to moving in so that should help somewhat. Overall, there are better places available right now for the same price. I suggest apartments like Settlers Landing or Bria Apartments as better alternatives that give you more for your buck and have always had amazing management and services. My roommate and I were left very unsatisfied with Claradon which ended up being unfortunate since it was the first apartment experience my roommate had to go through."

Shayne was super nice and quick to get my airflow for my dryer fixed! Definitely love living here, especially recently."
