"I would highly recommend Wasatch Disaster Solutions to anyone who is going through what I can only describe as hell. We had a sewer line break and fill part of our crawl space with sewage! We live in a rural area and struggled to find people who were qualified to clean up this mess. Wasatch Disaster Solutions took on our case even when I know they had a full workload! They acted so quickly for us! After our call, we had the General Manager at hour house first thing the next morning to assess the situation. This was Friday, the day before Christmas Eve, and I thought for sure we wouldn't have work start until late the next week. "We recently discovered a very large plumbing issue in our home. We called out a plumber who found a significant amount of water and mold damage because of this issue. The plumber recommended Tyler with 24 Restore and we could not be happier with the service! Tyler immediately responded when we contacted 24 Restore and was able to come out right away to assess the damage. He worked quickly and efficiently to identify the entire problem and restore the damage. The damage included drywall removal, partial flooring removal, insulation removal, large amount of cleanup due to the plumbing issue, and mold remediation. This was no small task and Tyler was very knowledgeable and well prepared with all of the necessary equipment to properly repair the damage. Tyler even took extra precautions in consideration of my pregnancy. Tyler went above and beyond by working directly with the insurance company to help us with the claim and maximize the coverage. Once the clean up was completed, we again hired 24 Restore to restore/rebuild our laundry room. This included insulation and drywall installation, paint, baseboards, new flooring cabinet and counter top installation. Again, Tyler worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job! The laundry room looks better than it did before the damage.
