"I was going to write a positive review on their work until now. When the employees were conducting their multipoint inspection, they made a mess of my glove compartment. Papers and my owners manual were crammed back into the compartment, other papers that were in the compartment were scattered (including my registration and insurance information) on the passenger side and under the passenger seat. The steering wheel and shifter had mechanics grease on it. I went back in to make a small complaint about it, but when I mentioned it the lack of a sincere apology and at least a verbal commitment to do better was never mentioned. I told them that I would be posting a negative review and was told "you have to do what you have to do". While they may do good work, the response to a reported problem was poor at best. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but the small things do make the difference."
"They were quick! And super nice. And I'm blown away by - after the service - the URL to a full report on the service (including a video they made...showing me the issue!!) and also a full estimate if I wanted them to do the repairs. Wow."

I was traveling through for a couple of days and they were able to take care of my air conditioning and a few other maintenance items quickly while giving me a loaner vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and the Communication was awesome. They did everything as requested and in budget. Thanks!"
"My truck was brought to Clegg in the evening, after hours, with some electrical problems. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it the next day, in the afternoon. The staff was very helpful and were in constant contact with me to make sure I was aware of everything they were doing. Riley & Susan went the extra mile by calling me and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Also, the cost of the repair was very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely go back for future repairs."
