"Last time I was here I sat for an hour waiting and they finally came up to me saying they were looking for me, I had been in the same spot the whole time. The deal was a guy took my car but didn't know that I had to have an appointment. I have always been able to walk up, but this time they were too booked. Long story short Rick took my car and did it all for me because of a mistake with the carpool, not their fault. He was so nice and helpful, I just wish they had told me before waited an hour. Also, whoever answered the phone when I called today was very rude. All I said was I was trying to make an appointment online but couldn't, and she was very short with me. I ended up just saying its okay and hung up because of how unpleasant she made the phone call."

"I had a few recalls due on my 2013 Optima. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance as that was when they had openings. After the service was done, I found out that some of the recalls were not done as the parts weren’t ordered. Frustrating as I had to bring it in a second time."

"Our recent experience with Doug Smith Kia Service easily ranks as our worst experience ever with an auto repair service. We took our 2016 Kia Sorrento in because the cruise control indicator light had come on. We expected it would be a two-day turn around time based on what we were initially told. They ended up keeping our car for THREE months. At the three-month point when they wanted us to pay $2500 plus to put in a second expensive part since the first part they had put in ($2200) had not fixed the problem, we told them we just wanted our car back. Throughout this ordeal, the communication with us was unbelievably poor. The final nail in the coffin was when we picked up our car. We were shocked that they hadn't even bothered to clean the interior section where they had taken the car apart and that was now covered in dust and dirt (with a few screws here and there), let alone clean the exterior since our car had been outside in the lot for three months. There were only two positives of our 3-month, failed repair ordeal. The first was that two weeks into the marathon, they gave us a loaner car to use. Second, when we told them to take out the first expensive part and put the old one back in since it obviously did not fix the problem, they agreed to not charge us for the part but still charged us for labor. Bottom line: It is mind-boggling that a service department for a dealership could be so incompetent and fall so short in the area of customer service."

"Great service, and nice area to sit and wait while your car is getting worked on. I came to get my vehicle worked on at 7am without appointment and they were able to fit me in quickly and I was out of there by 8:30am. My car had 2 updates required, and so it was free! And they washed and vacuumed my car! All for free! Thank you guys so much!"
