"This was for a sewer scope on a home purchase and it took a little longer than expected. He had to cut or grind off the Cap to the clean out and then didn't have the part to replace it so ran to one store, came back and it was the wrong size, so had to run to another store. A 30 minute job turned into a several hour job. I was also told I would be given notification when the driver was on his way but I received notification when he was at the property. The property is 30 minutes from where I was at so I had to scramble to get there and meet him. The sewer scope was done well though."
