"I literally broke my phone on Saturday and needed to catch a flight on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday); everywhere was closed or didn't have the parts I needed. I walked in and worked with Nate, who couldn't fix my phone at the Provo location, but he called the store in Salt Lake after seeing in their inventory that Salt Lake had the parts I needed. He had them place a hold on the parts. They then held my phone for my husband to pick up so I could continue driving south. My husband picked up my phone, took it to Salt Lake, and they fixed my phone in just over an hour. I have since canceled any warranty service through my cell phone provider and will be a forever customer with all my cell phone repairs."

"I had my Samsung S8 plus screen replaced there for over $350 front and back. The products they us are very cheap, even though I was told that they were OEM products. Which after the fact and doing a little research, they are not OEM. The next day while trying to put on a protective cover the screen cracked extremely easy. They wouldn't do anything about it. It was good experience. I wouldn't recommend them."
"I went in to get the screen fixed for my iPhone 6 which I had dropped a couple weeks ago. It was fixed that day sooner than I could return to get it. I got a discount by scheduling online and was able to get a new battery for the price it would have cost me to just replace the screen at other locations. They throughly checked the phone and even cleaned out the charging port which had been giving me issues. Great price and they got the job done. No complaints here."
"Best experience! My cell Phone had been submerged in water & I thought all hope was lost but miraculously Evan got it working & not only that but he fixed the cracked screen and the battery and they hooked me up w/a 6’ cord. It looks brand new and all for less than $200! Highly recommend!!!!"
