"I was having trouble backing up my old computer. I spoke with Kelly from Accent Mac, and he spoke with me on the phone for about 20 minutes educating me on what should be done. I decided to go with Accent Mac for services, and Kelly came and picked up my MacBook. I was quite uneasy giving someone I didn’t know my MacBook, but this is an excellent service. You sign a document upon pickup, then sign for approval or disapproval of the quote, then the computer is brought back to you and you’ll sign upon receipt (all electronic). Kelly took my computer, and after discussing the situation more with apple support, I did feel I could handle the job, and I was worried he would be irritated and upset I had wasted his time. Even though I declined the work, Kelly dropped off my computer immediately after I requested it. With his advice along with Apple Support guidance, I was finally able to get over the barrier that was keeping me from backing it up. I will definitely call Kelly at Accent Computer again for my MacBook technical needs."
