Estimated they would get to it Wednesday due to lead time and kept to that schedule. Cleaned up the CPU, installed the drivers and got the computer going. Charged what I felt was a fair price."
"Chris and team rocked it. Look I build my own computers, but after troubleshooting this issue (hitting a 00 post issue that stumped the hell out of me) I just couldn't anymore. They picked up the phone even when they were closed and if they didn’t pick up I would get a call back in 10min great people. Pc laptops told me it was a cpu issue and told me 6 days to get to my pc. But Christine and her co worker got me in in one day. And told me it was just my windows. 100% recommend them for your pc problems."
"Amazing technician with great skills and speed. My lenovo laptop had an internal issue with the battery expanding, affecting the keyboard, mouse pad, and fingerprint scanner. Took them 2 days to get the battery out, fix the bent on my laptop and got every working perfectly. Highly recommended."
