Tyler politely let me know of other things that needed attention but didn’t put any pressure on me to move forward fixing them. "Tyler and his team at Burt Brothers in EM are the best! They took time to diagnose and do a thorough test of my battery. The battery was fine and since they were not able to recalibrate my cameras, they gave me all the info needed to take to the dealership. And after close to 45 minutes working on my car, they didn’t charge me a dime. They even found a tracking device in my car that I wasn’t aware of (from a previous owner or auto insurance company) that was causing problems to my cars computer and they removed it for me. Just helpful, honest mechanic/tire guys… I highly recommend them!"

I didn’t understand all the fees we were discussing over the phone, they quickly sent me an email with all the details and fees so it was easy to read and know exactly what I was going to be paying for. "These guys are amazing! They do really quick and quality work. They’ll never try to sell you on stuff you don’t need. They’re very factual about what they see and give you the pros and cons with getting the work done. I had to bring my daughter with me to my appointment and they were super great with her. They gave her a toy car and let her look at the cars through their window. They even entertained her for a bit while I wrapped up our appointment. This is such a great addition to the community. We will be going back for all our car service needs."

"Had heard good things about Burt Brothers before, but never had one close enough to utilize. But now we do, so we figured we try them out when we needed our tire replaced. Getting the tires we wanted ordered in was very fast and efficient. Got an appointment for the tires to be replaced the next day. Was in and out in about 45 minutes with our new tires. I’d say overall the experience was excellent. Fast, efficient, and easy to talk to and work with. Would definitely recommend."
