Cascade Collision Repair

"Avoid Cascade Collision at all costs. I was in a severe accident back in December that was 100% not my fault. The entire front of my Tacoma was destroyed. I was shocked when the insurance company said they weren't going to total it and have it rebuilt. Of course I have no choice in the matter. I had them take it to Cascade Collision where they promised they would notify me of any non Toyota parts they we're planning on using so I could decide if I wanted to pay to get Toyota parts. They never contacted me and come to find out, there's several places they used aftermarket parts. After two long months waiting for my truck to be repaired I got the truck back and immediately noticed several things wrong. The windshield sprayers didn't work and there was massive panel gaps everywhere on the front of the truck. My rental was also a Tacoma and I made sure to measure. The panel gaps were more than twice that of my rental Tacoma in some places. They also visibly were uneven on both sides of the truck. Additionally, the truck rattles like I've never experienced in any vehicle and there's noticeable imperfections on the paint. Who knows what's going on where I can't see. Overall the quality of work is just absolute garbage. I've tried to be respectful and nice and unfortunately that hasn't gotten me anywhere. As soon as I took back my truck they've pretty much ignored me. It seems to me that they're screening my number as well because no one ever answers. Of course, my insurance adjuster also couldn't care less and is also ignoring me. I'm being treated like garbage all for an accident I had no fault in and couldn't have avoided thanks to the idiot driving the other car. Now I'm left with a pile of garbage truck that I frankly don't want. I've tried for the better part of a month to sell said truck and I haven't had even a single person interested. Can't say I blame them, as I don't want to drive around what is likely a safety hazard with how shoddy the repair job is. Pretty despicable to treat customers like they have. At this point I've given up trying and I'm just going to have to cut my losses. It's not worth the extensive emotional turmoil both them and the insurance company have inflicted on me since December. Go to a locally owned shop. Settle for nothing less if you're involved in an accident. Your mental state will thank you later."
