"Beautiful flowers but didn’t include my note so person didn’t know who they were from. Then I didn’t receive a delivery confirmation and when I called the company to see if flowers were delivered so I didn’t ruin the surprise, I kept getting a voicemail which was never returned. So I’m deducting 2 stars because customer service was poor all around. I feel like they can do better. And I’m only posting this review so they can see this because I never got a returned call."
