"I was going to rent a 26 foot truck from another company and drive it across country and boy I am so glad I found out about U-Pack. Not only was it significantly cheaper, they made everything so easy. They dropped off the 28 foot truck on time, picked it up when it was ready and I didn't have to worry about driving. The other thing that I loved was if I used less than the 28 feet then I just paid for that. I didn't have to worry about everything fitting in the size that I ordered. If you don't mind waiting for your stuff for 10-12 days then this is definitely the way to go!!!"

"We used U-Pack to move across the country and loved how easy and worry-free it was. The driver dropped our trailer off in our driveway (on a narrow residential street!), we filled up what space we needed, they picked it up and then dropped it off at our new residence a week later. It was so nice to not have to worry about towing a large trailer and our belongings were in the condition we had packed them, with a only little shifting throughout the move, of course. We ended up not using as much of trailer as we had planned, so our price was reduced to reflect that! Both service centers were easy to contact, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend and will use them again!"

"We've heard horror stories of fake moving companies and after asking for recommendations from friends, we ended up using U-Pack. Other full service companies charged >$8K and required a video tour your of our home, which I was not comfortable with (Pictures ok). Additionally we were getting rid of many of our furniture, so a video tour would show items we were not moving. Since they charge by weight (which is estimated) in their pricing, that's a problem. With U-Pack we just paid for the space we used (2 cubes) at a flat rate, no hidden fees, and no extra charges for larger furniture or weight. We paid ~$3K to move from OK to UT, which included insurance. U-Pack is cheaper even if you hire movers to load and unload. Another issue we had with other moving companies was that they would have transferred custody of our stuff to different moving companies, and it wasn't clear who would pick-up, deliver, or transfer. U-PACK offered consistency and a peace of mind. The whole process was simple and convenient. We will use this service again."

"Trailer arrived on-time, driver was courteous and professional. Trailer needed a good sweeping, but that didn't take long. Driver picked up the trailer on-time and it was at the destination terminal THE NEXT DAY, though the trip was 660 miles. Trailer dropped at unloading destination on-time, driver was courteous and professional. There are no surprise charges, no hassles, no gimmicks, no gasoline to buy, no overnights at motels. After moving around for 20 years in the service and using various other methods, this is now the ONLY way I'll move from city to city."
