"Stopped by at 1A.M. 02/10/24 and had a great server at the Harrison Blvd location. It's rare now anyone puts a little effort into what they do however the drive thru employee as well as the employees putting my order together all were great. It's nice to have great service and my order was made correct, hot and neatly packaged."
"Not once have I ever had my food made correctly here. This is the only tacobell on my way home so I keep stopping here hoping, just once, they can manage to make a taco correctly. They've gotten close. Most recently all the ingredients were correct except instead of spreading the sour cream, nacho cheese or spicy jalapeño they simply put it all in one spot. Which is better than the time prior where half my tacos simply had no potatoes onthem. Or the time before that were i got served avacado sauce instead of nacho cheese.then the person who made it called me a liar and said that's what i ordered. When I confronted the manager and tried to show my recipe I was told "that employee has done that before". Funny enough it was the same person who made my order today"
