Chick-fil-A

"I am not one complain, let alone leave reviews. However, I am very very frustrated right now. I have eaten at chick fil A for years, and have always gotten a chicken cool wrap without cheese. I have an allergy to cheese, and taking it out of the wrap has never been an issue. If anything, the servers are happy to do this. So when I attempted to order my regular meal, I was surprised to be told that they couldn’t take the cheese out… after they have done this at the Ogden location for the past two years. Again this is very frustrating as I am allergic to cheese. I drove out of my way to the Riverdale location where they had absolutely no issue making the wrap without cheese. I don’t know what is going on with the Ogden location, but after years of excellent service I am very disappointed and displeased."

"We had a small birthday party for my 5 year old tonight. We felt so welcome, the Manager was very friendly he came over and greeted us almost instantly to see uf we needed anything. As he were leaving he gifted my little one with a Birthday card that was signed by all the employees. So grateful for such a memorable experience. The food is always amazing but the customer service was exceptional."

"I placed a delivery order through YOUR Chick-fil-a app. Apparently you have it delivered through DoorDash. I received my order and instead of a Frosted Lemonade, I received plain lemonade, about 3/4 full. I double checked to be sure I ordered correctly and on the ticket and on my order, it clearly shows it should be frosted lemonade. I called the store to let them know and they basically placed all the blame on DoorDash when it was NOT their fault, it was the fault of Chick-fil-a because nobody there bothered to check that my order was correct. In trying to talk with someone at the store, I could barely hear because their phone kept cutting out and then she hung up on me. So much for the great customer service. Good thing I paid over $9 JUST FOR THE DELIVERY FEES only to have it be wrong and then be told nothing will be done on their end to correct it. Seriously, terrible customer service."
