"For over 60 years my family and I have had the privilege of having our Mail delivered at the post office in Grantsville. Marge, Carol, Vicky, Christine and many more were our dedicated Mail handlers. They made every effort to deliver rain or shine. To them I say Thank You! We've had an ongoing issue with getting our Mail for more than a year now. Very frustrating! After some discussion we seem to be doing better now. Just want to add that the team at the post office did straighten out the issues. Nobody is perfect."
"Terrible customer service they make a mistake. They refused to fix it. They say they don’t have the resources to fix their mistakes."
"Really poor quality of service. They throw your mail on the ground and in the ditch. This is right by the sidewalk which makes it more likely to be stolen. Don't trust this post office with anything of value."
"Our carrier is pretty careless. I got a diploma in the mail with a big "DO NOT BEND" on the outside and this enlightened individual folded and jammed into my mailbox, creasing the document. Government employees for ya."
"Horrible mail service. I don't know if they are super low staffed or what is going on! I get piles of my neighbors mail in my mailbox. All my neighbors get each other's mail. My neighbors get my packages, our address don't even have the same numbers in them. My mail comes after 6pm every night. It's 7:30pm right now and I have a business package in the mailbox to go out and our mail service is nowhere to be found."
