"I mean maybe it’s crazy to leave a review on a subway (since it’s just a fast food sandwich place), but this has to be the absolute worst customer service my family & I have ever received. They barely had anything prepared and they ignored us for the first 5-10 minutes we were standing in there (they were prepping bread and just didn’t say a word to us until we asked if they were open, which they responded yes and continued to ignore us). Apryl had her headphones in and Tori acted like we didn’t exist. Crazy to work food service and not know how to interact with people!"

"I have ordered online twice in the past week. Both times the sandwich has not had the right items on it or even been toasted. Last time the sandwich wasn’t even wrapped in the paper. Just thrown into a bag. The order is listed out perfectly on the receipt you give back. Your employees just do not care. I won’t be ordering again."
"I ordered a kids meal and they started to make it on a piece of bread that was two inches long. I asked about it and they looked at me like I was crazy. They said it’s 3 inches and I knew it was supposed to be 4 inches as I’ve ordered the kids meal many time over the past 15 years. I gave up trying to argue. It’s too bad the menu doesn’t say the length."
