"This was a wonderful store, with lots of interesting and useful products, and I had a 5-star experience...until I got home. The lady checking me out told me that because I had bought so much in the store today, I was getting a $20 discount, making a total of just over $86. That was even better! But when I got home, I had a message from my credit union, notifying me of a large charge to my account. When I checked it out, I discovered that in fact I had paid $106..... :( Not good."

"I got in contact with this store and ended up speaking with a girl named Haley, I told her how I was looking for a gift for my mom. Haley was so sweet and recommended me a bunch of products. I ended up putting a crystal ball on hold for a few days. When I came in days later Haley was working and had my item on hold for me and remembered I was looking for a gift for my mom and even helped me find a oil lamp that made a perfect gift.
