She was very good about answering my manny questions and helping me out with ideas to create the perfect rings. After shopping around, in my experience all of their products were priced competitively and fairly and reflected the craftsmanship and costumer service. "We had a great experience at Sierra West. We actually went on a Saturday in September and it wasn’t too busy. They were patient as I tried on a bunch of the engagement rings and didn’t like a lot once I put them on! But we found one that I love. They have great package deals for wedding/engagement rings where they will take care of you and your jewelry long term. Really happy with our experience here."

"My now fiancé and I came in to Sierra~West after feeling almost dismissed at Jared’s. We had asked a sales rep at Jared’s the benefits of purchasing with them instead of going wholesale at Costco. We even provided a photo of a ring at Costco. He was not helpful and you could tell he was not interested in our business.
