"Horrrrible experience. I got four piercings done last week and we got my 6 month old daughter’s ears pierced as well. Only two of the six piercings ended up where they were supposed to be. Like… do you see how off these are?! My cartilage piercings aren’t even close! It’s almost funny. Several things went wrong but one of the things that didn’t help the situation was that the sharpie used to make the markings was super dull and left a massive dot. It didn’t mark a precise spot and left a lot of wiggle room for mistakes. However, even WITH the massive sharpie dots, the dots were still missed! Needless to say my daughter and I both have to come back to get our piercings fixed but I don’t even know if I want to go back there. Please make sure your employees are qualified before having them perform such permanent tasks :("

"The lady giving my 4 year old daughter missed the dot we’d agreed to on her ear lob. Right after her piercing I told Her that it didn’t look even and she said no her ear lobes are just different. Then she proceeds to tell me that I can just take it out and get it re-pierced. I wasn’t in the mood to get into with her. I then called and tried to get a refund for the piecing because I needed to take the earring out and get a new piercing. Which I’m still waiting to do. The manager told me I would have to drive 45 min back to the mall to hand her the earring to get 1/2 of my refund back. So..I’m supposed to give her one earring that I still need to get her ear re-pierced? She said yeah that’s all I can do for you. I’ve had to jump through hoops with their corporate office to try and get this resolved. The customer service is awful. I’d never recommend this company to anyone. You’d honestly be better off going to Clair’s. I’ve had 2 kids pierced there and never had any of these issues."
