We definitely had questions and plenty of nervousness about coming in for our first time to look at rings, and then Samantha called us over and gently guided us through the whole process of learning what we liked, what we didn’t, and making the whole process of narrowing down what we wanted almost invisible and definitely less stressful. She’s observant and seemed to know our next question before saying it. More than taking the guesswork out of the process of finding out our ring, she made our quick visit a fun time. The selection of rings and the many options were wonderful to try out, but Samantha absolutely made the night. She diffused the stress we had walking in, and left us walking out even more excited for the next trip."
