Park Hotel

"The hotel is very outdated, specially the badroom. It is very unconfortable to shower in the bathtub! Please change the bath. Everything else is fine. On the other han the space of the room is very good. The location is excelent! The lift and the bus station are very near. Nice stores and restaurants around. Nice staff"

"Great location. The rooms are somewhat outdated, however, it was very clean and they have everything you need. The room was pretty warm when we arrived, but we opened up the windows and things cooled off. The staff was also very helpful and came up and showed us how the AC worked. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Our room had a full kitchen, which was nice and fully stocked. There is not a lot of available parking outside of hotel, but of no fault of the hotel. There is a free parking garage a few blocks away and the walk there and back is nice as it takes you past all the cute shops. We did not mind the walk at all. This is not a fancy hotel, but is a great value and a perfect location."

"I've gone here for several years now, but this last visit likely will be my last. For the old winter rates (~$250/night) it was a great spot. Really convenient to the town lift and main street. The new prices for this next '23/24 ski season are ridiculous. This is not a $500/night hotel, much less a $700-800/night place. There is zero chance of me returning if they charge anywhere close to that amount. For the lower price, you can deal with the quirks of the old place (heat, street noise etc). But these new rates they are chasing are a no-go. An earlier review would have been 3 or maybe 4 stars for the value consideration. Without the value, there is no reason to stay here."

"The room and interior was clean. It felt a little dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great and centered around all of the activity in the area. The only air conditioning is with floor units that vent out of the window. It was loud and the temperature could not be dropped below 70. The top window however could be lowered to bring cooler night air in but the street is noisy until after midnight on the weekend. The lighting from the street comes through the blinds and although not terribly bright, if you like complete darkness at night you will not get it if you are on the street side. Internet connection is terrible. It comes in and out and if you plan on working with your computer you will be frustrated."

"This Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are large with high ceilings and the location is perfect. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook meals. It even has a dinning room with a large table. Other reviews talk about the rooms being warm but they must have fixed those issues because we didn’t have a problem as long as we turned the heat off, opened the windows and turned on ceiling fans when needed. We stayed in a room right on Main Street and it does get noisy at night so I used earplugs and my husband slept fine without them. We parked in a free lot a couple blocks in front of the hotel which always had space. There are steps but it was great exercise. If you have problems walking then I wouldn’t recommend. To unload the car you just pull up to the alleyway to unload luggage. If you call the front desk they can put a cart in the alleyway by the side door. That was very helpful. We loved this hotel and the convenience to incredible restaurants and shops are perfect."
