"I tried to purchase a gift card. I had two questions: 1) on their website it asks for Name (first and last) and email address. I needed to know if that was mine or the recipient's. 2) The website said that gifts were not exchangeable. I needed to know if I purchased a small amount, if the recipient could add her own money to get the service she wanted. (I realized that my amount, wouldn't cover all the available services). I thought these were simple questions! But I found it was impossible to get an answer. I called twice and finally had to text requesting that someone call me to answer my questions. I guess they don't answer their phones? I tried to explain that I lived in another state and wanted to purchase for someone else. She said she would do a phone transaction and mail the card to me. I said, "why would I want the gift card? I live in a different state. why mail it to me? I want it to go to someone in Utah" She told me to calm down and call back in 15 minutes. I said I didn't want to call back, I had a hard enough time getting someone on the phone. She said, that it's better I go somewhere else. I agree and recommend that you do also.The gift certificates for Calming Touch were simple to purchase and clearly designated the recipient and sender and allowed for edelivery. I recommend that you not bother with The Massage Barre, their website is confusing, phone system is annoying, sales people are naive and blame you if they can't answer your question."

"This place is my go to! The staff is always helpful and inviting. They make sure you are happy by providing water while you wait, and that you are comfortable throughout the time they provide service. The lobby is small but cozy. They now have items you can purchase to take home. The wood accents are beautiful and handmade by one of the owners. Lauren is amazing with Ashiatsu! Joe is great with energy work and takes the time to feel every fiber in your muscles. I've been going here since they opened. I've never had a questionable experience and always felt loved and cared for. Thank you, Massage Barre!"
