"My wash was not thorough, Lydia barely rubbed around some shampoo on the top of my head missing many areas. I feel like I didn’t even get my hair washed. The “massage” was maybe 30 seconds. The curls are uneven. I had her re curl some front pieces I could see were straighter at the appt but when I came home the back still had straight sections. I cant believe I paid $50 to have to re do my hair when I got home. I arrived 5 mins early and she took a total of 30 mins to wash and style my hair. I’m unsure why I was so rushed. UPDATE- they got me in for a complimentary service with Sara and she did an amazing job. It was definitely the experience I was hoping for. Would definitely recommend Sara!"
