"Read the low reviews about instructors. They are on point, at least for the hot yoga instructors. They are mostly terrible. Worst in the pack is “April”. When I mouthed to my husband “wrong pose” because I was doing it wrong and he was following me, she called us both out in front of the entire class for being disruptive but it was her little tirade that was disruptive, not us. Her tone was demeaning and she went on for a bit attempting to shame us into submission. When we came out of class afterward, she was gossiping about us to the fitness center front desk. My husband tried to kindly point out that her behavior made us uncomfortable to which she responding by being dismissive, argumentative and invalidating. Yikes. I would try a different studio for hot yoga. These instructors are poorly trained at best and extremely unprofessional at worst."

"I have been to Brick Canvas for massages a few times and I'm always very pleased! This last couples massage I booked was by far the best one I have ever had! So relaxing and very good at getting in tune with what my body needed, it wasn't a robotic massage if you know what I mean! Massage therapists we had Marlene and Tori S!"

"I love it here!!! Starting to come to Brick Canvas more often has been the best change to spark my excitement for working out again! Getting in exercise has never been more fun, relaxing, energizing, meaningful, productive and I always leave feeling accomplished while knowing I can come back again and again for more progress. Most instructors do an amazing job at catering to all levels in each class. I love it here! My only wish was that their schedule was a little easier to filter through and view but maybe someday!"

"This cafe is a Gluten Free gem in Utah County. I had a delicious Turkey and cranberry sandwich. The in-house cranberry sauce was so good and had a hint of cinnamon. I ordered the peachsicle smoothie, and chips & salsa for the side- so yummy! The cafe is cute, and fairly priced for gluten free and vegan friendly meals. Their cookies are also delicious! I’d definitely go back!"

"Hot yoga - yes!!!!! Finally we are done with Covid and back to yoga in community! The brick canvas teachers are compassionate and encouraging while also pushing you to do your best. They are experienced and confident instructors. The studio space is bright and well lit overlooking the gardens of Thanksgiving Point. The space is huge and never felt crowded. The upstairs studios are nice as well. Loved the gong music during Kundalini. The spa and cafe look lovely. I stopped for a smoothie and Avocado toast after class. Was nice."
