"Lauren and Annabelle were welcoming the minute I stepped foot into the beauty lab. Lauren went over my treatment options and was honest about the concerns I had since my skin is so sensitive and I’m darker in skin tone. She zapped me on 3 different levels to make sure I was comfortable before she did the rest of my face. She was sweet the entire time and made sure to cool my face after the treatment. Would recommend it to others"
"I went online and found their website for the location I was going to. The price on the site said $350 for mini lip filler, at check out I was charged $375, I showed them the website live on my phone and they said they still had to charge me the $375. What? I was then told to email someone so I did and I was never refunded. I also have not received a follow up since my injections and I have lumps on my lips, I have started to massage them and hopefully this will help but it would have been nice if they would have followed up to check and help as it is my 1st time. Are these lumps going to go away?? But the staff is nice, so there is that"
"I was admittedly nervous about coming in for my first laser hair removal, but was immediately put at ease by the friendliness of the front desk staff, Tegan and Micah. Dallas performed the procedure and was •AMAZING•…he answered all my questions and made me as comfortable as possible. Miranda was kind enough to check in and make sure everything was going well. Overall it was a fabulous experience! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"I was in on March 15th for Laser Hair Removal and the staff was amazing. It was my first time in but I will be back. Miranda, Dallas and Sam were all great. Dallas was very thorough in his explanation of what he was doing. Sam at the front desk was friendly and Miranda was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping Dallas if needed. It was a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere and also very professional. Kudos to the three of them. Great team!!!"

The staff is wonderful, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They even follow up with you two weeks after the appointment. They really care. I won’t go anywhere else.
