"I am so frustrated with this place. The dishonesty is annoying. Every time I ask for a flavor suggestion I get the generic, “it’s good.” Please do not lie to me so I end up with something awful because you do not care enough about your customers to be honest and just say “I’m not sure, I’ve never tried this.” I am stuck with another ice vape because you lied. Thank you for wasting my money again. Completely unprofessional staff. I will not be back! If you want honest feedback or recommendations I would suggest anywhere else. Staff is always rushing you so they can get back to sitting in the back on their phones."

"I stopped here the other day to try a new shop my friend recommended, but was completely disappointed. As soon as I came in, it just felt off and the lady that helped me was super quiet and seemed like she didn’t want to help and wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I think her name was Ashton or something but didn’t really know much about anything they sold and really just seems to not like her job. To top that off the guy with the longer hair would not stop staring at me like I didn’t belong in there. No one there really looked like they were at work and looked like they just rolled out of bed, and someone in there smelled like Bo bc the entire place smelled super gross. I know it is a smoke shop but I think there should be a little touch professionalism for any business. I don’t go to smoke shops for this specific fear and probably won’t again.will be ordering online from now on, Super sketchy and weird."

"I’ve been going here since before they were “The Lake” annd they were “Allami” and before they expanded their shop. They have great prices, great employees and even after all these years I won’t go anywhere else regardless of where I live! And their point system is amazing! You don’t have to spend $1000’s to early free stuff or money off. They also now do “happy hour” 5:30-6:30 I believe which is 20% off everything! It’s awesome!!! Highly recommend"

"Good humans. Good vibes. Good deals. Good goods! I dig this place! They have a points system that adds up relatively quickly. So discounts are frequent! I stopped by on Black Friday, and they had some AMAZING deals. One of which got me a grab bag full of fun items. It was WELL worth spending $100 for the grab bag. I probably got over $200 in free stuff! I will continue going here until they either close or become jerks! Luckily I don't see either happening any time soon!"
