"I came by to get a cup of coffee, it was 5:00 p.m., and the coffee urn had a sign saying "station closed, but we will happily brew a fresh pot upon request". Much to my chagrin the so called employee behind the counter declined, saying that it was closed for the day. I then commented on the sign and he shrugs his shoulders and says I haven't been trained on how to brew a pot of coffee. Wow! Can we say customer service? Not!!"
"Great place! Great service! The waiting room was very cozy and as a teacher I loved that they had children’s books in there! Bob’s books and picture books. A very nice touch. Their Mechanic Cody also went above and beyond taking care of my car. Would recommend"
