"Just wanted to show some extra gratitude to Cynthia (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She provided wonderful customer service to me today. I was early to pick up a prescription but understood they're busy and aren't obligated to have it ready that early, so I was fine waiting. From what I observed, Cynthia managed to serve other customers arriving and also prep my prescription early. That's some some legit customer service, and she deserves recognition and gratitude. Thank you again for all you do, Cynthia. You are awesome!"

I called and got hung up on 3 times then when I asked to speak to a manager they said they just don't have the staff to answer phone calls. What?! The guy I talked to wouldn't tell me his name when I asked. Un real. I transferred all my prescriptions out of here immediately. Never again will I ever go to a walgreens for anything."
"This Walgreens never apologizes for inconvenience of not having pills in stock. Just went in and the man at the counter, who clearly has no idea how to greet customers, greeted me rudely and told me to come in tomorrow because my pills weren't in stock. I'm ok with waiting a little longer for pills to stop my suffering, but this guy never apologized to me and never bothered to tell me to have a good night. He just stood there on his computer and acted like I was the problem. If this guy hates customers so much, he shouldn't be working at customer service jobs. That guy should work someplace else, he stinks at his job."
