"I live across from this and come here often. About 5 minutes ago the lady at the register accused me of stealing when I said I had soda water with flavored syrup (this is Utah, we all add flavors to our water or soda). She looked at me with an attitude and said “Water…?!” I said “Yes it’s soda water with flavoring” her “Hmmm do you mind if I open this and look.”. To which I asked why would someone come in and try to steal a $1.49 drink; especially across from their own residence. I told her she can keep the drink and I’ll go elsewhere to which she harassingly kept on making comments on the way out. Imagine accusing a regular of stealing a cheap drink just because you’re profiling people."
