"My stylist was great. I showed them a picture of a previous trim I received from a stylist that almost charges 3x the amount and in my opinion they did a better job with better service. I was easily able to tip $25 because I felt I saved money going there then spending 3x the amount and having to tip on top . Thank you for the excellent service!"
"Asked for blunt Bob. Told the woman cutting my hair that it's not even. She said, yes it is, I checked it. Well, here it is. Also, what's up with signing in online and the app saying 0 minutes, no one ahead of you. And then arriving to a 40 minute wait?"
"She ruined my hair, I have a wolf cut and she tripped it just fine. I asked Julie, the hairstylist o take just a little more off the bangs and next thing knew she gave me straight across bangs. I was still explaining and my hair had been cut. I had way shortner hair in the front that I wanted and it was uneven to the rest of my hair. I didn't know what to say so I asked if she could even it out as a last chance to fix it but there was no going back. I'm never coming here again, worst hair cut in my life. Oh and she was very rude in the first place, seemed like she thought she knew what I wanted before I did."
"I have been going to this location since I moved here and I have always been pleased with my cut. Yesterday, however, I don't know if the hairdresser was having a rough day but she was so rough on my head. My hair honestly feels thinner today because of it. Not only that but I have a mole on my scalp I thought she was going to rip it out with the force she was using. In addition, the conversation was really just an uncomfortable experience. Probably will go again, maybe a different location, regardless, I will ask for a different hair dresser next time"
"This is where I go to get my hair cut! Tracy is the absolute best! My hair is always done absolutely wonderfully, and she is so personable and so wonderful. And even though I'm only there every few months, she remembers practically everything I've told her about myself She is awesome."
