"I’m just a home owner with little experience about plumbing so I asked questions about a part I was buying. However the employees didn’t have answers to my questions when I was making sure I was buying the right part. I also asked questions about maintenance for a water heater tank and they still couldn’t help out. I’ve watched lots of YouTube videos to help out but I was hoping a plumbing supply store could validate the right procedure. The employees that I encountered one was wearing basketball shorts and the other was in his early 20’s and their response to my questions we just sell the stuff. Now the part I bought worked but I left the store unsure."
