"Monday, we requested service for a leak the following day because we had a flight out Wednesday. Thankfully, Deserts Best HVAC sent Adrian and Sam Tuesday morning. They were friendly and efficient. They found a little water leaking from an intake pipe on the left because of recent snowfall, and they corrected that problem by raising the pipe from the attic. But I told them the problem of water leakage all over the floor on the right began long before we had any snow. They found the leak where a flexible rubber hose connected to a drain pipe was not fastened tightly. Hooray! Incredible workmen. Thank you, Adrian and Sam."
