"Male dominated FranklinCovey is not a safe place for contracting independent experts, particularly women. They refused to pay for services provided in good faith, then held payment hostage while trying to force free work from me. They are mercenary and disregard human and economic rights in order to profit off exploitation and extortion. They discourage the involvement of lawyers yet refuse to negotiate fairly, 'if you don't accept (what we offer) - you just don't get anything' appears to be their motto. Please don't be a trusting fool like me."
