"Any spa ran by Tünde Ópra is going to absolutely be the best spa experience around... this place is sparkling clean, the linens are fresh (not smelling like a hint of old frying pan oil - you know that smell when you put your face in the hole at some spas), and the staff is incredible. "I love the therapist I’ve worked with but all of the issues I’ve had is with the front desk. The first time in, I was booked for the wrong package. Fine, they offered a discount. The last time I was in I was charged twice. I’ve been told a couple different stories about why and have yet to receive a refund. Unfortunately, I will not be back to those issues."
