"We came here a few weeks ago to get a manicure and a pedicure. The girls that did the pedicure almost didn't know how to do a pedicure or a manicure on her. They provided these little tiny toenail clippers they were probably bought at the 99 cent store. They were so tiny they couldn't even cut the nail or toenail and they kept falling out of the girls hands because they were so small. I feel bad for the people that are being trained here for this type of thing that have get absolutely no training. They've done about 12 or 13 manicures and pedicures they said they have a list of instructions on the wall which is a joke. They're mentor or supervisor or the girl that watches over the two girls that did the pedicure and manicure on us. Didn't know anything. She was useless what is the point of having a supervisor if they never do anything or a mentor that never even teaches anyone? She just walks around does nothing The girls were telling us that were doing our toenails and fingernails that they basically have gotten no training they sit around pretty much all day and spend thousands of dollars on this school and they get absolutely no training. They it's like they don't even know how to do a manicure and pedicure I just don't get how they can have a mentor or supervisor or whatever they call this person. They didn't do anything. You should teach your people how to do a manicure and a pedicure. It wasn't the worth the $15 we spent. My 6-year-old nephew could have done a better job than these two girls We will never come back here. I would never recommend anybody coming here I felt bad for the two girls that were doing our manicure and pedicure because when they graduate they're not going to know anything. How can they even get a job? Maybe your mentor or supervisor or their teacher or whoever that girl was the Hispanic girl should be fired. And it's hilarious. How bad those toenail clippers were. They were about an inch long. I don't even know how. They couldn't even cut the toenail. They were so tiny. They were like baby toenail cutters your school is a joke. You need to get better instructors for these girls if you want to manicure or pedicure do not come here. The school is a joke"
