"It was really hard to find a place that uses hollow needles on children under 5 , but my 4 year old was just dying to get it done for her birthday. We came across revolt , had walk in appointments only which was awesome because even though there was a few people there , the wait was so short! It was also really cool to just sit and watch people get tattooed and their process was awesome. Sierra and Gabby helped with my daughter doing each ear at the same time and they were so kind and good with her! Definitely recommend for kids as well as adults"
