"Worst service on this department, I ordered a part, they dindt ask me my VIN number, they ordered the wrong part for me and they answer to me is "we cant do anything at this point", they don't recognize their faults, and their sales associates DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING."

"I order my rear bumper and I was very specific in what model I need and they gave me one without the sensor holes, when I call to try to get the right one the manager just told me that I have to pay a restocking fee because his guy never asked me for my vin number and was just distracted making my order, and I explained this to the manager and the manager just told me that I'm lying! So don't waste your money and time getting a Hyundai"

"After calling in to see if they had the parts, waited 1 and 1/2weeks, called to make sure you service had them in, then made an appointment, check in, added a rear wiper blade replacement, 5 hours later car is ready, was told that factory issued part "technically wasn't needed to be replaced", but that was the whole purpose of being there, was for the service. recall harness inspection was done and fuse taken out, wiper blade was said to be put in. I went to checkout and pay the bill, I was charged $50.85 for a wiper blade. Husband went to check if wiper had been replaced, and that was NOT . Technician excuse was for non service of the wiper blade, was the car got move before complition of service signed off. Or did it? can i trust future service work at the dealership?"
