"Really sad that I have to do this. These guys were great to me in the beginning. Have taken several cars here. Russ was always knowledgeable and straight forward with me. Always had a great experience. Until now. I have paid to have headers installed. Only to have them installed incorrectly and left my car sounding horrible with a major exahust leak. Call them. They seemed willing to fix it. Only to be called back and told that I would have to pay for further parts and labor. On top of already paying more for the original install due to manifold hardware being broken in the first attempt. Charged 100 dollars for hardware kits only to find old hardware still installed on the car. I would stay on the safe side and go to a more reputable shop. Lost my business and respect. Update. Left an email 2 days ago. No reply. Still waiting to get my car fixed."

"I needed to have my tires rotated and Russ told me I could come in right away. They took great care of the rotation and pointed out that I needed some realignment work on the back end of my car. The took care of that. And everything was done in about an hour. I just was so pleased! They were great to work with and I appreciate their attention to quality work and service."

"The worst experience wish I could give 0 stars!! if it wasn’t for my tire blowing up I wouldn’t have found out that these irresponsible people that can’t take accountability for their actions.. trying to turn the tables on us .. how are you “professionals” blaming the customers for you placing a front tire in the back and a back tire in the front .. and then saying that “WE” are responsible for this.. not only did it mess up my tires but also my alignment! That’s such a joke!! I have little kids that are in my car constantly.. not only did my tire popped yesterday but also another one popped today!! Makes you wonder what they are doing!! We trust you as the professionals to know what you are doing .. especially in a car, life’s are at risk!! NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT COME HERE!"

"Got new tires today. They were super busy, even on a Monday morning. I would recommend scheduling a service online and have your keys ready for a faster service. Overall, these guys were very fast for how busy they were and did a great job. Now I am ready for winter, Thank you."

"Stopped here for work getting the first of our fleet vans ready for winter work. They were pretty busy being short staffed for the day but got me in as soon as they could. I worked closely with Jose and he was super helpful getting the tire that worked best for my needs. Jose H. kept me in the loop as progress was made on our van. I highly recommend this Big O location"
