"Went there for some therapy since it was pretty close, talked with a therapist about being a trans man and even brought my father in to discuss it with him and despite it being years since I told him the therapist kept siding with him and saying that it was OK to deadname me and use my old pronouns because he was still "grieving" I also told them that I have abandonment issues and I need a therapist that will stay because of that and because of anxiety I trusted Kane when she said that the therapist would stay and then a few months later the therapist she assigned me with left and the therapist after that left which caused my anxiety to worsen. The seating there isn't that comfortable either and I left with back pains multiple times. They also arnet good with appointments with them scheduling mine and then canceling it and then setting another appointment and then canceling that until they finally got a time that I can go in. At least the front desk person is nice and remembers me whenever I go in."

"Don't go there if your spouse is a narcissist, has borderline, or other similar personality disorders. I'm an extremely loving empath, but was gaslighted immediately when I shared my wife's psych eval, and was told I was attacking my spouse when that's literally never been the case and I was trying to get Dr Kane up to speed. I went there as my last hope and third psychologist, but left with my wife feeling validated that it was only a "communication" issue as we were told... Anyone who understands narcissistic abuse knows exactly what I'm talking about, and they don't need another professional destroying the relationship farther that doesn't understand this stuff at all. I graduated studying clinical psychology, study it everyday, and knew exactly what we needed, so it made me even more upset that Dr Kane claims she specializes in those personality disorders when very clearly she does not. It seems very obvious to me that there were a handful of unsolved issues in herself as a therapist, and at least three specifically I picked up on within minutes. This is not to bash, but this is to protect the innocent empathic individuals that love deeply from getting further abused from the very thing that should help save you and your spouse."
