"I have been working with Nancy for about 10 weeks now. Her emphasis on mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has been very helpful to me. She uses a white board for visual teaching/learning of the concepts which has been especially helpful for me as a visual learner. We will soon start doing ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) therapy which I am looking forward to. My ability to deal with my anxiety and depression has increased significantly. I have worked with other therapists for many years and I liked them. I switched to Nancy because of a recommendation to have ERP therapy and I have gotten more out of therapy working with Nancy in 10 weeks than I have working with other therapists for longer periods of time. I highly recommend her."

"Nancy has helped me learn self-awareness in a way that has been truly liberating. She taught me how to really work on myself and grow as a person. And although it is difficult at times, she helps me to celebrate my accomplishments and empowers me to continue to grow and change for the better. Improving mental health takes work, and I'm so grateful to Nancy for teaching me actual skills that lead to real change."

"I cannot express how grateful I am for the understanding and compassion Nancy has shown me. Struggles with stress and family issues are real for everyone. Nancy's ability to see things a slightly different way is great. Thank you Nancy for sharing your insight. The skills Nancy teaches really work! I highly recommend her as a therapist for anyone struggling with anxiety, stress, and family issues."

"*PLEASE READ* I was a patient of Nancy's for two years. I struggle with Scrupulosity and Relationship OCD. She helped me overcome SOCD with much care for me and by teaching me skills. My second year, I got married and ROCD spiked. My wife and I were having troubles with it and I thought Nancy could help the situation. As we met with her more and more I noticed she started to blame me for not controlling my ROCD so well and for having it hurt my wife. I felt hurt that someone I trusted so much would blame me for not trying hard enough and not measuring up to her standards. At times she even turned my wife against me and therapy turned confrontational. Instead of calming the situation down she kept the contention alive. We had one last fight in our last therapy session and we never spoke again. Last thing, I feel she was not able to recognize that I needed extra help. Like the use of a Psychiatrist. I have started taking great medication and natural supplements that have leveled the playing field against my disorder and my relationship with my wife is greater than ever. I hope she can read this and learn from her mistakes and understand that therapy alone and her skills done everyday aren't the only thing that can help her patients but medication, natural supplements (that help bacteria in the gut which provide over 90% of the serotonin in the body. Lack of serotonin is one of the main causes of depression and anxiety) *consult a doctor* and therapy combined changes lives. Thanks for reading!"
